Terms and Conditions for Serenely Stamped Notary

By booking a notary service or session with Serenely Stamped Notary, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

 

Notary Services and Coaching

​

Serenely Stamped Notary offers for Notary Signing Agent (NSA) services, Remote Online Notary (RON), General Notary Work (GNW), and other notary services, along with live coaching for each service provided. 

 

Booking and Payment

 

• Booking: To schedule a coaching session or notary service, you must provide accurate and complete information. Bookings can be made via the online booking system or through direct communication with Serenely Stamped Notary.

• Payment: Payment for coaching sessions or notary services is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and other specified payment processors.

• Pricing: All prices are clearly listed at the time of booking. Serenely Stamped Notary reserves the right to modify the pricing; any changes will be reflected in future bookings.​

 Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

• Cancellation by Client: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge, depending on the notice period.

 

• Cancellation by Serenely Stamped Notary: If Serenely Stamped Notary needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered an alternative time or a refund.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are available only if the session is canceled by Serenely Stamped Notary or if a client is unable to attend due to emergency circumstances and notifies us in a timely manner. No refunds will be issued for sessions that were attended or missed without prior cancellation.

Confidentiality

​

• All information shared during coaching sessions or notarial acts is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Both the client and Serenely Stamped Notary agree to respect each other's privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Code of Conduct

​

• You agree to engage respectfully during all sessions and notarial services. Serenely Stamped Notary reserves the right to terminate the session or notarial service if the client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

​

• Serenely Stamped Notary is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of our coaching services or notary services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any advice or recommendations made during the coaching sessions or notarial acts.

Intellectual Property

​

• All materials, content, and resources provided during coaching sessions or notarial services are the intellectual property of Serenely Stamped Notary. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Modifications to Terms

​

• Serenely Stamped Notary reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
